Here is a sample itinerary for
Wedding and Honeymoon tours in Sri Lanka

Day 1-2:

Your tour organizer will meet you at the airport on your arrival. Then in a short 30 minute drive, you will be taken to the Ranweli Holiday Village in Negambo. This beach resort is where you will spend your first two nights in the refreshing and relaxing tropical Negambo beach in the west coast of Sri Lanka.

Day 3:

From Negambo we will leave to Sigiriya, where you will stay for the next three nights. En-route we will visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, which is the home to more than 75 elephants found abandoned in the wild. You will experience the orphaned baby elephants right next to you.

Day 4:

Early morning we will visit Sigiriya ancient rock fortress, the pleasure palace of a single king, Kashyapa, in the 5th century A.D. This is one of the most attractive archeological sites, you should not miss.
The afternoon will be a wildlife safari engaging in elephant watching at the Minneriya national park. This park is heavily populated by wild elephants. Elephant back riding is also a memorable attraction at Sigiriya.

Day 5:

From your hotel at Sigiriya we will take a one and half our drive to visit Polonnaruwa ancient world heritage site (10th cen. AD) and Polonnaruwa Museum.

Day 6:

After three nights at Sigiriya, we will depart to Kandy city. Our first visit will be to Royal Botanical Gardens in Kandy followed by a visit to Tooth Relic Palace. After seeing the Cultural dance and traditional fire walking show in the evening, we will take a walk in the Kandy city.

Day 7-10:

After arriving from Kandy you will spend 4 days at leisure in a luxury beach resort in the beautiful South coast or West coast, as per your wish. During these days, you will visit the Galle city and the famous Galle Dutch fort, a world heritage city. We will also visit a marine turtle hatchery close by.

Day 11:

Departure (This itinerary can be tailor-made to your requirements; duration extended or reduced and visiting places and activities modified to your likeness.)
